Can people stop throwing a fit abt this. Usually people will avoid horror, avoid movies that trigger their phobias, and if they can’t do well with being exposed to some visual media, they will not watch it.
AHS is a horror, has ALWAYS had plot lines and things within it that are disturbing and very dark/horrific.
AKA, horror.

I don’t see why this is such a big deal and a surprise to so many people that they would use something such as thing in it?
